How We Calculate This
Enter up to three different panel sizes with quantities. The calculator uses a shelf-packing algorithm to estimate how many full sheets are needed.
Panels are sorted by height and placed in rows across each sheet, with saw kerf added between pieces. Rotation is attempted if a piece does not fit in its original orientation.
